The Eastside Pioneers Neighborhood Association meeting will be held at St. Francis Parish Activity Center, 1114 3 St SE at 7 PM on Thursday August 8. Enter the building on the south side, from the parking lot.
On the agenda for the evening:
Tom Graham, Director of Plant Operations/Safety and Security at Olmsted Medical Center (OMC). He will be there to fill us in on the expansion project across Fourth Street SE at the OMC Hospital, 1650 4th Street SE. This is in close proximity to our neighborhood and it is something that the neighbors should find out more about.
We will also have representatives from the Rochester Police Department in attendance to provide follow up information on the shots fired in the neighborhood a few weeks ago. Police will also provide us with any details that they are able to divulge regarding thefts and /or break-ins in the area as well. If you have a question regarding crime, suspicious activity, etc., that is of concern to you that is happening in your neighborhood please let me know so that I can pass it along to the police officers that will be attending our meeting. Having the information before hand will enable them to research the information so that they can give us more accurate information regarding a concern.
