The TOD/R2x zoning text amendment Public Hearing scheduled for this evening, Wednesday January 30, is canceled. The Public Hearing is moved to the regularly scheduled February 13th, 6 pm, Planning & Zoning agenda. This proposed zoning will affect single-family homes in traditionally low-density neighborhoods. The rezoning meeting by the Zoning Commission aims to create a new zoning district, with staff recommendations asking for a maximum height of 45′ for buildings in R2x. This height includes rooftop/roofline setbacks.
