Predatory Offender Notice for July 25, 2016
There have been some recent updates regarding Level 3 Registered Predatory Offenders within our community.
Level 3 Predatory Offender, MICHAEL JAMES COSTA 11/01/1978, has been released from the Minnesota Department of Corrections today and will be residing in the 1400 block of SE 4th Ave, Rochester, MN 55904.
Level 3 Predatory Offender, BYRAN PATRICK SIX 11/03/1978, recently moved within the City of Rochester. Specifically he moved from the 2000 block of NW 14th Street, Rochester, MN 55901 and now has registered as “Homeless” in the vicinity of Silver Lake around 7th Street NE and Broadway Ave.
I have scheduled a Public Community Notification meeting regarding these offenders for this Thursday, July 28, at 6 pm in Conference Room 104 of the Rochester City Hall. I will also answer questions on two other Level 3 Offenders, SADIK YASIN HUSSEIN and KEVIN TYRONE WILLIAMS, that have had recent notification updates as well.
