What: Proposed “Riverwalk Downtown City Apartments” at 419, 423, 503, and 509 East Center St East. The Riverwalk Downtown City Apartments is a new multi-family apartment building proposed at 419, 423, 503, and 509 Center Street East. The proposed structure that could reach 6 stories with 160 units will provide a variety of apartment sizes and types along with an amenity package which will include a pool/plaza level overlooking Mayo Field and Downtown Rochester as well as a roof top deck, exercise room, and business center.
