TOD/R2x Text Amendment Planning Commission Public Hearing- scheduled on Wednesday, February 13th 6:00 PM
The Public Hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 13th is for the Text Amendment ONLY. This meeting will take place in the City Council Chambers at the Government Center. Before a rezoning can take place, we first need to create the zoning districts. No properties will be rezoned as a result of this Public Hearing. If the City Council decides to adopt the TOD and R2x zoning districts, they would then need to initiate a rezoning, which would result in additional Public Hearings.
