TOD/R2x Text Amendment Planning Commission Public Hearing- Wednesday, January 30th 6:00PM in the Council/Board Chambers at City Hall.
The Public Hearing on Wednesday January 30th is for the Text Amendment ONLY. Before a rezoning can take place, we first need to create the zoning districts. No properties will be rezoned as a result of this Public Hearing. If the City Council decides to adopt the TOD and R2x zoning districts, they would then need to initiate a rezoning, which would result in additional Public Hearings.
