Predatory Offender Notice for November 10, 2016
Level 3 Registered Predatory Offender, WILLIAM BURTON-JAMES SOLBRIG 07/28/1983, will soon be released from the MN Department of Corrections and will be returning to the City of Rochester on 11/13/2016. The current release plan is for him to temporarily reside in the 2100 block of Hwy 52 North, Rochester, MN 55901. Due to the temporary residence, there is no official Community Notification meeting scheduled at this time.
