Hello RNeighbors friends.
How about some colorful creativity from fourth graders for your Wednesday afternoon?
We had over 300 entries in this year’s Litter Bit Better poster contest. The grand prize winner is Aditya Manikonda from Gibbs Elementary; her artwork is attached. She has won her classroom a pizza party with Mayor Brede. You can see all 13 of the winning entries on our website at http://www.rneighbors.org/?p=10201. Each of these students will be asked to walk in the Rochesterfest parade with us next summer. This poster contest is a way of spreading the anti-littering message to our young in Roch neighborhoods who are strong advocates who walk the talk.
Have a wonderful evening!
