Neighborhood Development Introductory Meeting

The River Walk Downtown City Apartments is a new multi-family apartment building proposed at 419, 423, 503, and 509 Center Street East, just east of the Mayo Ball Field driveway.

 

The proposed development would be a 6 story, 149 unit apartment complex. The project will be a restricted development for multi-story residential units with underground parking

There will be an Introductory Neighborhood Development Meeting on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Residence of Old Town Hall (ROTH), 607 Center Street East, Rochester MN.
