Level 3 Registered Predatory Offender, LLOYD JUNIOR ARMSTRONG 05/08/1985, was released from the MN Department of Corrections today and is moving back to a location within the City of Rochester. Specifically, he has registered his address as being in the 2100 block of Campus Drive SE, Rochester, MN 55904.
