Predatory Offender Notice for July 5, 2016
The following two Level 3 Registered Predatory Offender residency updates have recently been reported.
Approximately two weeks ago, I reported that Level 3 Predatory Offender, SADIK YASIN HUSSEIN 01/01/1985, had changed his reported residency from “Homeless” in NW Rochester to a listing as “homeless” in Albert Lea, MN. Apparently Mr. Hussein changed his mind and has returned to the City of Rochester, currently listed as “homeless” once again in the vicinity of 1st Street and North Broadway. He is required to check in with the Rochester Police Department weekly as long as he is listed as “homeless”.
Also, Level 3 Predatory Offender, KEVIN TYRONE WILLIAMS 01/02/1975, will be released from confinement and returning to the City of Rochester on July 6, 2016. His reported residency will be in the 2100 block of Campus Drive SE, Rochester, MN 55904. I have not scheduled a Community Notification meeting on Mr. Williams at this time but will look to do so upon his next move from Campus Drive out into the Community in the future.
