The 2016 Med City Marathon is almost here!!! This year it will be held on Sunday, May 29. The Eastside Pioneers Neighborhood Association (ESPNA) will be participating once again this year by providing a Waterstop for the runners.
The ESPNA waterstop (WS) is WS F, which will be located midway along the Quarry Hill bike path at East Park just east of 15th Ave NE. We need volunteers to help provide Gatorade, water, etc., for the runners. We will be set up at that location 7:15 am – 10:05 am. Any time you can help out in that time period would be greatly appreciated. Every year that we work this event it has always been a fun, and enjoyable experience. So if you like having lots of fun this is the event for you. If you would like to volunteer please contact Mike LaPlante as soon as possible. Please provide shirt size (S,M,L, XL,XXL) so that I can pick up an official Med City Marathon volunteer shirt for you as well.
