Predatory Offender Notice for March 22, 2016
Subject: Level 3 Predatory Offender relocation
Level 3 Registered Predatory Offender, JAMES DENNIS FERGUSON 09/30/1964, has relocated within the City of Rochester. Ferguson had resided in SE Rochester for approximately the past 6 months but has now moved to the 4400 block of 22nd Avenue NW, Rochester, MN 55901. Ferguson remains under the supervision of the Intensive Supervised Release (ISR) program reporting to ISR Agent Robyn Wood.
Due to this being a move within the City of Rochester and not a release from the Department of Corrections, there is no physical community meeting scheduled at this time; however, I can be reached at the contact information below to answer any specific questions or concerns.
