Eastside Pioneers Neighborhood Association (ESPNA) meeting is this Thursday, October 8, 7 PM at the St. Francis Parish Activity Center.
Our guest speaker for the evening will be Cheryl Jacobson, Housing Director, Olmsted County HRA/Community Services.
She will be doing a presentation on affordable housing (including workforce housing), the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and the HRA levy plan. If you have any questions regarding the HRA levy plan this would be an ideal time to ask them.
