Notice is hereby given that the City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN to consider the following:
Type III, Phase II Incentive Development Preliminary Plan #R2015-026CUP, Variance #R2015-014VAR, and Design Modification #R2015-013DM by Buckeye, LLC. The applicant is proposing to construct a 6-story, 92 unit, mixed-use development with below grade parking, first floor commercial and upper floors residential. The property is within the CDC-FR (Central Development Core-Fringe) Zoning District and is located at the southeast corner of 4th Street SE and 3rd Avenue SE.
